More tips (2)
Bridge of Peace
The famous bridge over the Kura; the cable car right next to it had a crazy line so they gave up on it.
Leaning Clock Tower of Tbilisi
Quirky tilted tower in the Old Town — quick photo stop.
Narikala Fortress
Reach it by cable car from Rike Park for views over the old town.
Diamond Bridge Dashbashi
Floating bridge with a transparent diamond viewing pod and 360° views, near waterfall hikes.
Kiketi Farm
45 min from central Tbilisi: traditional winery, animal farm, horse riding, lake and waterfall, rose garden - free entry; wine tasting 6 wines + crackers 40 GEL pp.
Melograno
In the courtyard of the Shota hotel; sit outside under the cooling misters, start with cocktails and try the shrimp burger. Toy corner for kids.
Mtatsminda Park
Get there by funicular (an attraction in itself), 20 GEL pp, free under 6; load money on the same card per ride - many rides free for under 6.
Shushabandi
Best brunch in town: eggs benedict with bacon and syrniki with berries; brunch menu until 15:00, chef menu later. Quiet in the morning, buzzing at night.
TbiliSecret
Boutique pralines and the cheapest Dubai chocolate (~$9), best chacha of the trip, stuffed tomato + creamy mushroom stew, khachapuri, local cream doughnut and a wine + cheese tasting.
The Bar / Khinkali Pub
Appears on her Google Maps list of recommendations in the old town area.
Abanotubani
Touristy but mesmerizing: mosaic-covered Orbeliani baths, the love-lock bridge and restaurants around. The baths work and you can go in.
Ananuri Fortress
Stunning stop on the drive to Kazbegi — pull over just before the fortress for the 'I ❤️ Georgia' photo spot over the reservoir.
Kartlis Deda (Mother of Georgia)
Take the cable car up to the statue on Sololaki hill for views of the Peace Bridge and the Kura river.
Zhinvali Reservoir
Turquoise reservoir surrounded by green hills — worth a stop along the Georgian Military Highway to Kazbegi.
Kassland
Huge slide park, Europe's longest karting track, ATVs to the forest, Georgian cooking workshop and a kosher food option.
Rike Park
Starting point of the cable car up to Narikala Fortress.
The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel
Rooftop restaurant open for lunch and dinner with 360° city views; rare pool for Tbilisi, spa, and connecting-door rooms for families.
Lumier's Chimney Cake
Looks like a tourist trap but tastier than Budapest's — try it with chocolate, strawberries or Lotus plus soft serve.
Meidan Bazaar
Covered underground bazaar at Gorgasali Square with sweets, churchkhela and souvenirs - pleasantly cool inside, but you'll need to fold the stroller.
Chateau Mephis Kalaki
Good stop mid road-trip: stunning design, tasty food, plus a wine cellar tour with cheese tasting.
Graf Hotel
Really nice room for ~$70 a night with breakfast; they prepared a boxed breakfast for an early flight.
King Gorgasali Hotel
Really cute hotel in the city center — ~$68 a night.

Dezerter Bazaar
Cute local market (cherries 15, watermelon 80), but rain spoiled it and the meat stalls are tough for vegetarians.
