Terms of Use

1. What the service is

Lametaylim turns the Instagram Highlights, posts and Reels of travel creators into travel maps: the restaurants, hotels, sights and experiences they showed, with their tips and the Story or post each one came from, on creator pages and on destination maps (maps.lametaylim.com/d) that bring creators together. Travellers can search and filter the maps, save places to trips and have their days planned. Summaries, tips, map locations, priorities and day plans are produced automatically by AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. Check before you rely on them, especially opening hours, prices, codes, addresses and bookings.

Lametaylim is in beta. Features may change, pause or disappear, and we may limit how much content a page holds.

Maps always attribute each place to its creator and link to the Story or post. Some creator pages were prepared by us before the creator joined: they are marked as such, kept out of search engines, and removed on request (legal@blogi.ai).

2. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

Lametaylim is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of their affiliates. "Instagram" and the Instagram logo are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; we use the name only to describe where your content comes from.

We read a creator's Highlights only on that creator's request and with their authorization, after they prove they control the account. For a private account, that happens by the creator approving a follow request from our account. You are responsible for your own compliance with Instagram's terms for your account; if Instagram limits our access, your page may stop updating and we may pause the service.

3. Who may create a page

You may create a page only for an Instagram account you control, and you must prove that control the way Lametaylim asks (a code sent from that account, or placed in its bio). Creating a page for someone else's account, impersonating anyone, or using the service to collect information about people is not allowed.

You must be at least 16 years old, and at least 18 or have a parent's or guardian's permission to accept these terms on your behalf.

A page is managed through a sign-in link sent to the email address you register. Keep that inbox secure; anything done through it is treated as done by you.

4. Your content and the licence you give us

You keep every right you have in your Stories, Highlights, captions, voice and image. To run your page you grant blogi, Israel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to copy, store, transcribe, analyse (including with automated AI systems), summarise, translate, display, search and distribute the content of the Highlights you select and, for travel creators, the captions, location tags and covers of your public feed posts and Reels, and the data derived from them, for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting your Lametaylim page and the service. This licence lasts while your page exists and ends when you delete it, except for copies in backups for a limited time and aggregated statistics that no longer identify your content.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence, including for anything in your Stories that comes from other people (music, reposted content, people who appear, brands and venues you tag), and that your content does not break any law or anyone's rights. If a Story includes content you may not share, hide that Story from your page (Dashboard → Hidden Stories) or remove the Highlight.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our AI providers process it under agreements that do not permit training on it either.

5. Pages for creators who have not joined yet

When someone looks for a creator who has no Lametaylim page, we may show a minimal preview built only from that creator's public Instagram profile (name, picture, follower count, Highlight titles) together with a waitlist. We never show Story content there. Those previews are hidden from search engines, and any creator can remove theirs with the "Prefer not to appear here" link on the preview, or by writing to legal@blogi.ai.

6. Visitors, subscriptions and answers

Anyone may browse a published page, search it and ask it questions. Answers are generated by AI from the creator's Stories; they are the creator's content as understood by a machine, not advice from Lametaylim or the creator. Coupon codes and links may have expired or may earn the creator a commission.

If you subscribe to a page or join a waitlist you will get emails about that page only, from Lametaylim, each with a one-click unsubscribe. We do not share your email with the creator or anyone else.

Followers can create a free account with their email to save places, codes and Stories to boards and to follow destinations, brands and creators. A follow sends at most one email a week, only when there is something new, and you can unfollow or delete the account at any time from your account page. Boards are private to you. Travellers can also save places to trips and have the days planned for them (by our map logic and an AI model); a trip is private until you press Share, which creates a read-only link anyone who has it can open. The day plan is a suggestion: check opening hours, bookings and safety yourself before you go.

7. Reporting content and takedowns

If you believe a page shows content that infringes your copyright, your privacy or another right, or shows you in a way you did not agree to, write to legal@blogi.ai with the page address, the specific Story and what you are asking for. We review every notice, act quickly and normally within a few working days, and may remove content or an entire page while we look into it. Creators whose pages repeatedly draw valid notices may lose access to the service.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy or mirror Lametaylim pages in bulk, interfere with the service, probe its security, use it to send unsolicited messages, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend or delete pages and block access for breaches of these terms, and we may do so without notice when the breach is serious.

9. Fees

Lametaylim is currently free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will say so clearly before anything is charged, and your existing content will not be deleted because you stay on a free plan.

10. Ending your page

You can delete your page and all the data behind it at any time from the Dashboard, or by writing to legal@blogi.ai. We may end or suspend the service, or your page, with reasonable notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms or if our access to Instagram content becomes unavailable. Sections 4 (as to the period before deletion), 7, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

Lametaylim is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with Instagram. AI output is generated without human review.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, blogi, Israel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost followers, reputational harm, or actions taken by Instagram or Meta against your account. Our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

13. Responsibility for your page

You are responsible for the content you bring into Lametaylim. If a third party brings a claim against us because of content on your page or because you did not have the rights you confirmed in section 4, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable costs of that claim.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you use Lametaylim as a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings at home, you keep that right. Before going to court, write to legal@blogi.ai; most issues are solved that way.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify creators by email or in the Dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use Lametaylim after that means you accept them. The current version is always at maps.lametaylim.com/legal/terms. Questions: legal@blogi.ai.
