• Fisherman's BastionHer favorite spot in the city: views of the Parliament and Pest by day and night; walk up from Buda Castle.
• AtlantikosAuthentic fresh-fish spot recommended for seafood lovers — try the red mullet and the shrimp pasta.
• KlimaColorful syrmata houses on the waterline — come in flip-flops, waves wash over the slippery path; on calm days you can swim right by the houses.
• Rua AugustaSleeping right on Rua Augusta was an excellent choice – everything in the city is within walking distance.
• Anthony Quinn BayCrystal-clear rocky cove with sunbeds under blue umbrellas — perfect for a swim.
• Monastiri BeachPark here and walk marked trail 3; under 5 min away are crystal-clear coves (no shade) — she even found a live starfish.
